These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Car Wrap Studio website and services. By using our website, submitting a quote request, scheduling service, or doing business with us, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

Car Wrap Studio provides automotive styling and appearance services, including but not limited to:

• Vinyl wrap installation
• Window tint installation
• Car detailing
• Paint correction
• Wrap removal
• Partial wraps
• Chrome delete
• Custom vehicle styling

Service availability may vary depending on vehicle condition, material availability, project size, schedule, and other factors.

2. Quotes and Estimates

Any quote, estimate, or price provided online, by phone, text, email, or in person is not final until the vehicle is inspected and the service details are confirmed.

Final pricing may change based on:

• Vehicle size and condition
• Existing damage
• Paint condition
• Previous wrap, tint, ceramic coating, or body work
• Complexity of installation
• Material choice
• Additional labor or prep work required

We reserve the right to adjust pricing before work begins if additional issues are discovered.

3. Appointments and Scheduling

Appointments are subject to availability. Project completion times are estimates only and may change due to vehicle condition, material delays, installation complexity, weather, staffing, or other business needs.

We are not responsible for inconvenience, transportation costs, lost time, or other indirect damages caused by appointment changes or project delays.

4. Deposits and Payments

A deposit may be required before ordering materials or scheduling service.

Unless otherwise stated in writing:

• Deposits are required to reserve your appointment and/or order materials.
• Once material is ordered, the deposit may become non-refundable.
• Full payment is due when the service is completed and before the vehicle is released.
• We may refuse to release the vehicle until payment is made in full, subject to applicable Arizona law.

Any returned payments, chargebacks, or unpaid balances may result in additional fees, collection action, or legal remedies where permitted by law.

5. Cancellations

If you cancel after materials have been ordered or work has started, you may be responsible for the cost of materials, labor, administrative time, and any other expenses already incurred.

Custom-ordered materials, special-order vinyl, tint, film, or other supplies may not be refundable.

6. Vehicle Condition

Before service begins, we may inspect the vehicle and document its condition. Customer is responsible for disclosing any known issues, including:

• Repainted panels
• Body work
• Clear coat damage
• Rust
• Dents
• Scratches
• Peeling paint
• Prior wrap or tint
• Ceramic coating
• Aftermarket parts
• Electrical or mechanical issues

Vinyl wrap, tint, paint correction, detailing, or wrap removal may expose or affect pre-existing damage. Car Wrap Studio is not responsible for damage caused by poor paint condition, previous repairs, weak clear coat, rust, old adhesive, aftermarket parts, or hidden defects.

7. Vinyl Wrap Disclaimer

Vinyl wrap is a cosmetic automotive film. It is not paint and is not permanent.

Wrap durability may vary depending on:

• Film brand
• Color and finish
• Vehicle condition
• Arizona sun and heat exposure
• Maintenance
• Storage conditions
• Driving habits
• Washing method

Edges, curves, bumpers, mirrors, door handles, deep recesses, and high-stress areas may have visible seams, relief cuts, overlays, or increased risk of lifting.

Vinyl wrap may not perfectly match paint-like appearance or factory finish. Minor imperfections may occur due to dust, texture, body lines, paint chips, or vehicle condition.

8. Window Tint Disclaimer

Window tint results and legal limits may vary depending on the vehicle and selected film.

Customer is responsible for choosing tint darkness and confirming compliance with applicable laws. Car Wrap Studio may provide general information, but we are not responsible for tickets, inspection issues, or legal consequences related to tint darkness selected by the customer.

Small particles, minor water bubbles, haze, or curing marks may be visible immediately after installation and can improve as the film cures.

9. Paint Correction and Detailing Disclaimer

Paint correction can improve gloss and reduce visible defects, but it may not remove all scratches, chips, oxidation, water spots, etching, or deep defects.

Results depend on the paint condition, thickness, previous damage, and vehicle history. We do not guarantee a perfect or brand-new appearance.

10. Wrap Removal Disclaimer

Wrap removal may damage paint if the vehicle has weak paint, poor repaint work, clear coat failure, rust, rock chips, old film, or prior body repair.

Car Wrap Studio is not responsible for paint lifting, adhesive residue, clear coat damage, or other issues caused by pre-existing vehicle condition or old material.

11. Warranty

Any warranty offered by Car Wrap Studio must be provided in writing.

A limited installation warranty may cover installation-related issues such as lifting, peeling, or bubbling caused by improper installation.

Warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear
• Rock chips
• Scratches
• Accidents
• Pressure washing damage
• Chemical damage
• Improper washing
• Neglect
• Extreme weather exposure
• Sun damage
• Customer damage
• Third-party repairs or modifications
• Damage caused by poor paint or pre-existing vehicle condition

Manufacturer material warranties, if available, are separate from Car Wrap Studio’s installation warranty.

12. Customer Responsibilities

Customer agrees to:

• Provide accurate contact and vehicle information
• Remove personal items from the vehicle before service
• Pick up the vehicle when notified
• Pay all amounts due before vehicle release
• Follow care and maintenance instructions
• Inspect completed work at pickup
• Notify us promptly of any concerns

13. Storage and Abandoned Vehicles

If the vehicle is not picked up within a reasonable time after completion or after notice from Car Wrap Studio, storage fees may apply where permitted by law.

If a vehicle is abandoned or unpaid, Car Wrap Studio may pursue available legal remedies under applicable Arizona law.

14. Website Use

You agree not to misuse the website, submit false information, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with website operation, or use the website for unlawful purposes.

Website content, including text, images, branding, layout, and service descriptions, may not be copied or reused without permission.

15. No Guarantee of Results

We aim to provide professional, clean, and high-quality work. However, results may vary based on vehicle condition, materials, service type, and environmental factors.

We do not guarantee that any service will increase vehicle value, prevent all damage, or create a perfect factory-like finish.

16. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Car Wrap Studio is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits, loss of use, rental car costs, transportation costs, missed appointments, or inconvenience.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

17. Third-Party Products and Materials

Some services may involve third-party materials, vinyl, tint film, tools, or products. Product performance, durability, and manufacturer warranties are controlled by the manufacturer, not Car Wrap Studio.
